You should consider availability zones when designing your Azure network, and plan for services that support availability zones. Azure services that support Availability Zones fall into three categories

Resources can be hosted to a specific zone. For example, virtual machines, managed disks, or standard IP addresses can be pinned to a specific zone and need resilience by having one or more instances of resources spread across different zone.
Zone Redundant Servics

Resources are replicated or distributed across zones automatically. Azure replicates the data across three zones so that a zone failure does not impact its availability.
Regional Services
Regional Services
Services are always available from Azure geographies and are resilient to zone-wide outages as well as region-wide outages.
Azure Marketplace
Azure Marketplace
It’s Azure app store, where you can buy external provider services with a single click
These services consider large selection of app, VM’s, templates, services and so on from Microsoft and partners
You can access this from Azure portal , CLI or power shell
Some services are free, some are paid.
If you are Microsoft partner, you can publish your own service in marketplace
